You’ll Tackle

• Comprehensive diagnostics and repairs for systems and components across a diverse equipment fleet.
• Structured troubleshooting using test equipment, OEM manuals, and repair guides.
• Clear documentation: create service orders, build bids, and present professional estimates.
• Customer coordination: schedule service/repair appointments and maintain accuracy in scheduling software.
• Parts and vendor workflow: identify, order, and track parts; coordinate with suppliers.
• Shop standards: keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; properly use and maintain shop tools.
• Team alignment: accept direction from supervisors, assist fellow technicians and store staff, and balance shop workload.
• Performance: consistently meet or surpass department quality and productivity goals.

Equipment Domain

• 2-, 3-, and 4-cylinder gas engines (plus applying basic automotive experience)
• Truck-mounted carpet cleaning units and portable carpet extractors
• Hard-surface floor cleaning machines
• Duct cleaning and deodorizing equipment
