Your Responsibilities
Execute MIG welding on steel parts and production materials
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements to plan each job
Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
Maintain production pace while following safety and quality procedures
Assist with material handling and assembly as needed
Complete routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
MIG welding experience preferred
Proficient with tape measures; able to read basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work through the entire shift in manufacturing
Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
Ability to work in a warehouse or industrial production setting
Schedule & Environment
Full-time production schedule
Overtime may be required based on production demands
Industrial manufacturing environment; PPE required
