Description

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking dependable Industrial Shop Helpers for a position in Houston, TX 77064. Candidates with any previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or shop environment are encouraged to apply. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with general shop and industrial duties
  • Cut and handle wire and materials
  • Work safely around high temperatures and heavy equipment
  • Assist different departments and areas of the shop as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform physical labor and other general shop duties

Qualifications

  • Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and train on the job
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working around high temperatures
  • Must be willing to work outside in hot weather and all weather conditions
  • Must be dependable and willing to work overtime
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
