Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $20.50
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Status: Full-Time
Location: Romeoville, IL
Overtime: Required as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Use an RF scanner and basic ERP systems to track materials, inventory, and finished products.
- Create and apply labels accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report defects or production issues to the Production Lead or Quality Department.
- Move raw materials and finished goods between worktables, conveyors, and machines.
- Clean, label, and package finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Assist with training new and existing team members on production processes and best practices.
- Complete required production paperwork accurately.
- Follow all machine safety procedures, company policies, and emergency protocols.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance as required.
