Job Opening – Industrial Sewer | Greensboro, NC
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
? Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour (pay may increase based on experience and skill level)
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Sewer for a furniture manufacturing company in Greensboro.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a light industrial sewing machine
- Sew upholstery cushions for furniture
- Construct seat cushions, accent pillows, zippers, and welt (welting)
- Work with a variety of upholstery fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and acrylic
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
Qualifications:
- Experience operating an industrial sewing machine required
- Experience sewing upholstery cushions, pillows, zippers, and welting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Furniture upholstery sewing experience is a plus
