Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

As an Industrial Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and warehouse environments clean, safe, and running efficiently. This role is hands-on and physical, and includes:

• Cleaning production equipment, machines, floors, and high-traffic work areas
• Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room, dry storage, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas
• Removing trash, scrubbing floors, and supporting facility sanitation needs
• Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas — sometimes up to 40 feet
• Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean, safe, and organized production facility

This is a physical role that keeps you moving throughout the day. 

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant industrial/facility experience)
• Stable work history and consistent reliability
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Demonstrated ability to stand, climb, and perform physical tasks for long periods
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute
