Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through planning, execution, and successful completion.
  • Develop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materials.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.
  • Manage financial performance through cost tracking, change orders, and invoice review.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business development efforts and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and trade coordination.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA certification and additional industry training are a plus.
