    Industrial Scheduling Analyst (ERP/Primavera)

    Location: Grand Prairie, TX

    Reports to: Director of Production Planning and Scheduling

    Role focus

    In a pipe manufacturing environment that supports water/wastewater infrastructure, you’ll own the tactical scheduling engine inside our ERP and scheduling platforms. Your mission: protect commitments by planning to demand, sequencing work for maximum throughput, and making data-driven adjustments as conditions change.

    Key outcomes

    • Maintain current, detailed production schedules in company tools and ERP.
    • Establish production plans aligned to customer requirements.
    • Build and update project baseline schedules in partnership with Project Managers.
    • Implement scheduling directives and priorities from the Director of Production Planning and Scheduling.
    • Collaborate with production supervisors to track performance, surface constraints, and maintain alignment.
    • Integrate material lead times and supply constraints by coordinating with Purchasing.
    • Continuously monitor status and reflect real-time changes in the plan.
    • Sequence operations to reduce downtime and elevate plant efficiency.
    • Identify bottlenecks and capacity limitations; propose process-improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure precise data entry and reporting in ERP and scheduling systems.
    • Communicate updates, risks, and impacts to the Director and stakeholders.
    • Support short-term loading and long-range capacity planning.

    Capabilities we value

    • 2–5+ years in production scheduling/manufacturing planning; heavy manufacturing background preferred.
    • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
    • Experience in pipe manufacturing or water/wastewater infrastructure products is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6), including resource loading.
    • Deep familiarity with scheduling methods and prioritization across multiple simultaneous projects.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Ability to interpret schedule changes and assess their project impact.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
