Previous roofing or construction experience
Ability to assist roofers with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
Experience using basic hand and power tools preferred
Ability to climb ladders and work safely at elevated heights
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull for extended periods
Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot temperatures and various weather conditions
Must be willing to travel for projects as needed
Shifts:
5-6 days a week, Sunday - Saturday
7:00 am - 5:00 am (10-hour shifts)
Schedule varies depending on project and weather demands
