    What you’ll do

    • Operate, monitor, and optimize automated straightening and grinding equipment for efficient, high‑quality output.
    • Prepare, adjust, and change grinding belts and cutting tools.
    • Inspect parts visually after grinding; adjust processes to hold spec.
    • Perform routine maintenance; diagnose and fix issues to limit downtime.
    • Document production counts, machine performance, and quality checks with accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive process improvements.
    • Follow all safety procedures, always.
    • Handle other assigned tasks as needed.

    Must have

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years operating automatic production lines
    • 1 year grinding experience
    • Grinding Basics certification or training

    Nice to have

    • Apprenticeship in manufacturing, machining, mechanical operations, industrial maintenance, or similar
    • ABB / Fanuc robot operation certification or training
    • Experience with automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines
    • Background in belt setup, equipment adjustments, and cutting tool changes
    • Quality inspection experience and maintaining production standards
    • Hands‑on troubleshooting and routine maintenance on grinding line machinery

    Shifts

    • First: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Second: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Third: Mon–Fri | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
