If you have experience repairing gearboxes, bearings, shafts, crushers, and other rotating equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work in a stable shop environment with long-term career potential.Requirements for the Industrial Repair TechnicianTo be considered, candidates should have:

• 5+ years of experience repairing heavy industrial equipment
• Experience working with rotating equipment, including gearboxes, shafts, bearings, and crushers
• Ability to independently perform equipment tear-downs, inspections, repairs, and rebuilds
• Experience using precision measuring tools and working within tight tolerances
• Knowledge of mechanical fits, clearances, tolerances, and alignment procedures
• Shaft alignment experience using dial indicators and/or laser alignment systems
• Structural welding experience on carbon steel components
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes
• Basic hand tools required
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening

Industrial Repair Technician ResponsibilitiesAs an Industrial Repair Technician, you will:

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild industrial rotating equipment
• Diagnose equipment wear, damage, and failure points
• Rebuild gearboxes, shafts, bearings, crushers, and related components
• Verify measurements and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators
• Perform structural welding repairs on carbon steel components
• Complete shaft alignments and verify coupling specifications
• Check clearances, endplay, and equipment tolerances during assembly
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment safely
• Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety, and housekeeping procedures

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $26.70-$34.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed
• Weekly pay
