    Industrial Reliability Technician — PLC, Hydraulics & Electrical Systems

    Based in the St. Louis, MO area

    Let’s get right to it—Is this you?

    • Do you enjoy tracking down the root cause of a fault faster than a line can go down?
    • Are you equally comfortable with a multimeter, a hydraulic schematic, and a set of machine prints?
    • Do you believe strong documentation and preventive maintenance are just as important as a well-executed repair?

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Keep industrial equipment running by performing scheduled service and on-demand repairs.
    • Diagnose complex issues spanning mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains to minimize downtime.
    • Complete inspections and PMs that extend asset life and improve OEE.
    • Team up with production to resolve equipment constraints and improve throughput.
    • Record maintenance actions, part changes, and findings with accuracy and clarity.
    • Support installation and start-up of new machinery and supporting systems.
    • Follow lockout/tagout and other safety practices while sustaining a tidy, hazard-free area.
    • Champion continuous improvement activities that raise reliability and efficiency.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial maintenance preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in an industrial maintenance or similar technician role.
    • Proficiency across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals.
    • Diagnostic mindset, detail orientation, and solid problem-solving skills.
    • Independent self-starter who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
    • Clear communicator with a positive, safety-first attitude.
    • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime.
