Industrial Refrigeration Technician
Springfield, MA area
Compensation: $40-$65 an hour + car + mileage + OT +100% paid insurance + 401k match

Key Responsibilities for the Industrial Refrigeration Technician:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration control systems and associated equipment.
- Conduct mechanical integrity audits, safety inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT) of refrigeration piping and equipment.
- Travel to customer sites to provide technical support, document service activities, and maintain accurate records of time, mileage, expenses, and parts usage.
Qualifications for the Industrial Refrigeration Technician:
- Active Massachusetts refrigeration or pipe fitter’s license
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration controls, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
