Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for professional-level positions across the organization. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality hires through a structured, consultative recruiting approach while also supporting external talent engagement efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting experience, sound judgment, and a naturally engaging personality that helps build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and external talent networks.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles including intake, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities
Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality, urgency, and responsiveness
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on candidate fit, market conditions, and compensation alignment
Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting events including job fairs, networking events, and industry/community hiring engagements
Build and maintain relationships with external talent networks, professional associations, and community partners
Duties:
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against role competencies and business needs
Present qualified candidates with clear, well-structured summaries and recommendations
Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, negotiation, and candidate communication
Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities to represent the organization and engage talent
Maintain strong communication and alignment with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Act as a professional and approachable representative of the company in all candidate and external interactions
Support continuous improvement of interview and hiring practices through feedback and collaboration with leaders
