    Description

    • High School Diploma or its equivalent
    • minimum of 3 years industrial and commercial construction experience
    • certificates required for ADA (American Disability Act), Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response). These are required and supplied by Publix. (Incumbent will obtain the ADA and Hazwoper once hired)
    • knowledge of Industrial Construction including Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, Electrical, and Roofing Systems
    • knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office 2000, Windows
    • knowledge of regional building codes and other regulatory agency requirements
    • knowledge of Warehousing/Distribution and Manufacturing
