Established General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with 10+ years of construction experience. Manage large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial construction projects throughout the South Jersey market.

Description

Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish

Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, and change orders

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams

Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and budget

Manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership

Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

Profile

A successful Industrial Project Manager should have:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong background in industrial construction
• Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with construction project management software
