Industrial Construction Project ManagerThe Industrial Construction Project Manager will:Provide overall leadership and direction for warehouse and industrial construction projectsManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsAdminister contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreementsDevelop, communicate, and maintain project schedules and milestonesManage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reportingReview project performance and implement strategies to maintain schedule and budget goalsOversee procurement and subcontractor buyout activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate with field personnel to ensure successful project executionLead project meetings and communicate progress with stakeholdersAdminister Quality Assurance and Quality Control programsIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutionsEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
