This is an opportunity to help shape the future of manufacturing while working with talented colleagues who are passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and Engineering Tomorrow. At Danfoss, you'll join a purpose-driven company where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-visibility manufacturing investments, collaborate with global teams, and help shape the future of production through automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

In Louisville, you'll be part of a growing manufacturing operation that continues to invest in new technologies, equipment, and capabilities. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on how products are made, how teams operate, and how we serve customers around the world.

This position is based on-site in Louisville, Kentucky and may require up to 30% travel depending on project needs and implementation phases.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead industrialization and manufacturing projects from concept through installation, qualification, and production ramp-up to deliver business and operational goals.
  • Build and manage project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive the implementation of automation, digital manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout project execution.
  • Communicate project progress, key decisions, and milestones with stakeholders, fostering alignment and enabling timely decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading complex manufacturing, industrialization, capital equipment, or automation projects in a production environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and timelines.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, quality systems, and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience using project management tools and data to track progress, manage risks, and support decision-making.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You'll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they're worth asking about-we think they're pretty great.
