Known for its long-term approach to development, ownership, and property management, the organization has built a reputation for delivering high-quality industrial, commercial, and multifamily projects. Due to continued growth and an active construction pipeline, the company is urgently seeking a Project Manager to lead a major industrial warehouse development in Livingston, NJ.
Project Management: Manage all aspects of industrial warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
Team Leadership: Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Safety Compliance: Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Documentation: Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation.
Quality Control: Monitor project safety, quality, and operational performance.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
7-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction.
Strong background managing industrial, warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility projects.
Experience with precast concrete wall systems, structural steel construction, concrete footings, and foundations.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site development.
Proven ability to prepare scopes of work, level bids, and manage subcontractor procurement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.
Experience coordinating with Architects, Engineers, tenants, and ownership groups.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment.
Competitive base salary: up to 175K (commensurate with experience)
