Industrial Access - Bulk Materials Division is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Project Foreman to join our dynamic team! As a Foreman, you'll lead a team in operating specialized equipment to efficiently clear bulk materials from industrial silos and towers across the United States. This is a demanding, yet rewarding opportunity with significant leadership growth potential, overtime opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operation of specialized bulk clearing equipment (pneumatic whip machines, material drills, air lancers, Cardox Co2 Systems)
  • Oversee drilling and setting of explosive charges
  • Manage blasting of bulk materials
  • Coordinate bin whip and drill equipment operations
  • Ensure proficient operation of heavy equipment
  • Manage general maintenance duties
  • Create detailed field reports
  • Manage payroll hours for crew members
  • Communicate project updates to team and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a construction foreman, supervisor or crew lead
  • 3+ years of experience scheduling, tracking and approving hours, leading and overseeing construction crews.
  • Comfortable working at heights and enforcing safety measures
  • Demonstrated leadership in utilizing power tools and overseeing maintenance
  • Ability to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Strong physical strength and stamina
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the US
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
  • Pass a comprehensive federal background check
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Schedule:

  • 60-80 hours per week
  • 6-8 weeks on, 1 week off
