How you’ll make an impact
- Operate and support production equipment to meet daily targets
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with corrective actions
- Enter production and quality data accurately

What you’ll need to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent (bonus: technical certification)
- Background in manufacturing/production preferred
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Keen eye for detail with a quality-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and data entry
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
