Industrial Powder Coating Technician

Job Store Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Powder Coating Technician for a client in Littleton, CO. If you thrive in a fast-moving production setting and take pride in precise finishes, this role puts you in the center of an automated paint line where quality and consistency matter.

A day in the life

Your shift begins at 4:30 PM. You verify digital control settings, stage parts, and get the paint and wash lines flowing. Throughout the evening, you’ll load and unload metal components, prepare surfaces with grinding and cleaning, apply powder with care, and keep a close eye on finish quality. When something isn’t perfect, you rework or touch up. As production moves, you spot ways to improve flow, reduce waste, and help teammates across welding, assembly, and shipping as needed. By 1:00 AM, you’ll have contributed to a clean, safe, and organized shop—and products ready to ship with a flawless coat.
