Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring immediately for an Industrial Plant Laborer in West Tulsa. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position supporting daily plant operations, cleanup, material handling, and general maintenance.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in hot, dusty, and confined industrial environments. This position offers plenty of overtime for candidates looking for additional hours and earning potential.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous industrial, construction, plant, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working in hot, dusty, and confined environments
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a plant team
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Shovel debris and material from plant production areas
Clean around conveyors, machinery, and industrial equipment
Move materials using wheelbarrows, hand tools, and other equipment
Assist with general plant maintenance and cleanup activities
Support confined-space work when assigned and properly trained
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
Assist plant personnel with material handling and general labor duties
Operate equipment when properly trained and authorized
Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
Follow all company safety procedures and plant requirements
Perform additional industrial labor and maintenance duties as assigned
Equipment Training Opportunities

Forklifts
Bobcats / Skid Steers
Man Lifts
Material-handling equipment
Other plant equipment as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial plant or manufacturing experience
Construction or heavy general labor experience
Forklift operating experience
Bobcat or skid steer experience
Man lift experience
Previous confined-space work experience
General plant maintenance or cleanup experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive shoveling and heavy physical labor
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to move materials using wheelbarrows and hand tools
Ability to remain physically active throughout the workday
Comfortable working around conveyors and industrial machinery
Ability to work in hot, dusty, and confined environments while wearing required PPE
Ability to safely perform extended hours and overtime as required
Work Environment
Heavy industrial plant environment in West Tulsa
Exposure to heat, dust, debris, conveyors, machinery, and active production operations
Physically demanding work requiring consistent safety awareness
Work may include confined-space activities when properly trained and authorized
Significant overtime may be available based on plant needs
