A Day in This Role
You arrive at a fast-moving production floor and head to your bench. Stacks of returned pallets are waiting. One by one, you lift each unit to the worktable, check the top deck, flip to inspect the bottom, scan the stringers and sides, and bring every pallet up to the PECO specification before it leaves your station. When something doesn’t meet spec, you make it right—quickly and safely.
