Industrial Painter / Powder Coater
We are currently seeking a self-motivated candidate with 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment for a client in Canton, Ohio!
In this position, you will be working with a company that has facilities spanning more than 90,000 square feet. They specialize in manufacturing sheet metal parts and complex assemblies, and they earn customers trust by providing consistent quality, delivery, and pricing.
Shift:
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay:
$20.00-$26.00/hr Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities: - Paint / powder coat surfaces / metal products with wet paint / powder using spray gun
- Set up industrial washer for cleaning parts
- Load parts on conveyor
- Mix coating / pour powder into hopper
- Load parts into baking oven
- Remove parts from conveyor and de-mask as required
- Check parts for quality to ensure correct paint thickness using mil thickness gage
Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years previous Industrial Painting / Powder Coat experience
- Self-motivated / dependable
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
