Express Employment Professionals is looking for Industrial Painter in Solon, OH

Pay: $21  /hour

• RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.    Paint Department

  a)       Read and interpret travelers, prints, and instructions on color, gloss, texture, and masking.

  b)      Prepare paint and coatings and use equipment to implement proper mix ratios.

  c)       Track and place orders for material in response to inventory levels.

  d)      Control material costs by maximizing efficiency and material usage.

  e)      Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

  2.    Quality Assurance

  a)       Inspect parts prior to processing and report defects accordingly.

  b)      Monitor parts throughout the paint process to ensure delivery of quality parts.

  c)       Adhere to regulatory, safety, customer, and internal guidelines for material handling.

  d)      Maintain clean, orderly, and organized work area.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  ·         HS diploma or equivalent

  ·         Prior experience with HVLP painting and auto body work is preferred

  ·         Knowledge of paint formulation or color matching systems are preferred

  ·         Prior knowledge or experience is not a direct requirement, training will be provided as needed
