Role Overview

We’re hiring Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technicians and a Maintenance Electrician for a stable, established manufacturer. If you’re mechanically or electrically inclined and want reliable hours with significant overtime, this is a direct-hire opportunity with strong earning potential.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $30–$35 per hour + overtime
• Hours: Approximately 60–70 hours per week
• Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus every other Saturday
• Employment Type: Direct hire
• Industry: Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

Multicraft Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance, read and interpret blueprints/schematics, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Preferred background: 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills and PM discipline.

Maintenance Electrician

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, motors, wiring, and industrial power up to 480V.
• Support safe, efficient operations through methodical testing and root-cause problem solving.

Who should apply: Trade school graduates are encouraged. Electrical maintenance experience is a plus, and motivated entry-level candidates with relevant electrical training will be considered.
