If so, Express wants you on our maintenance team supporting heavy equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery.
What you will do
- Lead with safety—every task, every time
- Diagnose, repair, and optimize hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Perform welding, fabrication, torch cutting, and light carpentry
- Complete scheduled PMs across a diverse equipment fleet
- Install, maintain, repair, or rebuild special-purpose machines and plant equipment with minimal supervision
- Disassemble, evaluate, and restore equipment by repairing, refitting, or replacing worn components
- Handle heavy machinery and building maintenance needs
- Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to drive accurate repairs
- Other duties as assigned
What qualifies you
- HS diploma or GED required; further coursework/credentials in industrial maintenance preferred
- 3–5 years in a heavy industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance role
- 5+ years as a welding/fabrication technician with SMAW, MIG, and TIG proficiency
- Certifications obtained during new-hire orientation
