Your Mission
- Translate measurements into accurate cuts using a tape measure and cutting tools.
- Run essential hand and power tools—drills, hammers, table saws—to shape components.
- Contribute to the fabrication and assembly of metal products for architectural use.
- Move, lift, and position heavy materials across the shop floor safely.
- Adhere to work instructions and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Check finished pieces to confirm quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Keep tools organized and your area clean to maintain flow.
- Pitch in on additional fabrication/manufacturing tasks as needed.
What Sets You Up for Success
- Background in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or similar is preferred.
- Competence with measuring tapes, drills, hammers, table saws, and related tools.
- Comfort working with metal and routinely handling heavy materials.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a full shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Consistent, safe, and efficient work style in a high-tempo setting.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
