As night settles over Atglen, you arrive at 11:00 p.m. ready to keep our sustainable packaging operation humming. You start with safety, then make the rounds—listening for unusual vibrations, checking gauges, measuring wear, lubricating and repositioning components so the line is ready for another shift of precise, reliable performance. When a call comes in, you move—diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system issues with speed and accuracy, referencing technical manuals, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors when the situation calls for it. You finish the night documenting maintenance work and sharing insights with your teammates and supervisor so the plant stays ahead of the next challenge.
