Job description:
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues- Fabricate and install new parts as needed- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients- Perform field service visits to address equipment issues on-site
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Must have Welding experience - TIG and Fusion welding. - Industrial Machine Mechanic for a full-time position in our shop. Tasks include but not limited to:* Machinery assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding* Blueprint reading* Steel Grinding / polishing (stainless and carbon)* Hydraulic assembly / troubleshooting ( Must* Machining various parts* Bearing installation/replacement* Seal assembly (mechanical / lip / packing)* Gearbox assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding* Shaft/motor/gearbox alignment* Limited electrical wiring (motor/switches)• In addition to the qualifications above, welding skills would be highly desirable but not mandatory.• Benefits Include: 401k, PTO - Sick & Vacation, Paid Holidays, Administration of Medical Insurance,• Must speak English at least intermediate level / Must be legal to work in US / Must have driver's license.
