Lead Multidisciplinary Engineering ProjectsLead all technical aspects of assigned engineering projects from proposal through final execution. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Review customer specifications and participate in technical proposal development and bid reviews. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Support equipment sizing, technical documentation, system design, and engineering reviews. Collaborate with Procurement by developing technical RFQs, evaluating supplier proposals, and resolving technical manufacturing issues. Support construction, commissioning, and quality teams by resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution, quality, schedule, and cost performance. Experience leading technical engineering projects within industrial manufacturing, process equipment, or engineered systems. Strong project coordination and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, piping, or process engineering is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD software. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
