They are known for producing high-quality products that support critical healthcare and technology applications.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and production personnel.Oversee daily extrusion manufacturing operations and production schedules.Monitor productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production issues.Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality teams.Support new product introductions, process transfers, and equipment upgrades.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Manage staffing, training, and employee development activities.The Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate:5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within extrusion operations.3+ years managing supervisors and production teams.Experience within medical tubing, catheter, wire & cable, plastics extrusion, or other regulated manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, tooling, and process controls.Experience with SPC, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills.Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What's On OfferWhat's To Offer:Opportunity to lead a critical manufacturing operation.High-visibility role with significant operational impact.Collaborative and growth-focused culture.Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.Career advancement opportunities within a stable and growing organization.
