Imagine your first 90 days: you assess a high-mix line, spot a constraint at a CNC cell, implement a tooling and sequencing change, and document it so every shift hits the new standard. That’s the impact we’re after in this mid-level (Level 2) role.
What will you tackle?
- Reimagine and implement manufacturing processes that raise throughput and quality for linear motion products.
- Juggle several projects at once—setting priorities, managing risk, and driving to completion.
- Root-cause production issues quickly to cut downtime and stabilize performance.
- Team up with product design, quality, and safety to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
- Build clear, maintainable documentation—work instructions, SOPs, and standards—that scale.
Bring these strengths
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience; exposure to linear motion or precision components is a big plus.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of implemented ideas.
- Project management ability to balance multiple deadlines.
- Comfort with CAD and manufacturing systems; Lean Six Sigma certification is a bonus.

Pay transparency
The expected base salary range is 75,000 USD to 115,000 USD. This good-faith range covers multiple experience levels. Actual offers consider the role’s scope and responsibilities, your experience, location, education/training, and core skills.
