    What you’ll tackle

    • Plan and perform PMs across electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
    • Diagnose PLC, electrical, and mechanical faults and restore function safely.
    • Complete small property/facility repairs to keep the operation running.
    • Partner with operations in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Must-haves

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 6+ years in an industrial maintenance operation.
    • One of the following certifications:
      • Journeyman Certification/License in Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical (State Certifying Authority)
      • Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator — Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA)
      • Certified Maintenance Technician Level III — International Maintenance Institute (IMI)
      • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician — Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP)

    Nice-to-haves

    • 8+ years in industrial maintenance.
    • Two of the following certifications:
      • Programmable Logic Controller Certification — Electronics Technicians Association International (ETA)
      • Journeyman Certification/License in Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical (State Certifying Authority)
      • Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator — Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA)
      • Certified Maintenance Technician Level III — International Maintenance Institute (IMI)
      • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician — Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP)

    Where you’ll work

    From office areas to inside/outside plant locations, you’ll encounter extreme temperatures, electrical hazards, ammonia, and heavy moving equipment. Expect nights and weekends, with occasional travel; overtime may be required. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic—you’ll need resilience under pressure, strong teamwork, sound judgment, excellent organization, and a sharp eye for detail. Ability to work with hand and heavy electric tools and lift at least 45 lbs is required.
