Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Pay: $17.00 plus per hour based on experience

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe manufacturing environment.Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
- Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concerns
- Replace worn or damaged parts as needed
- Maintain maintenance logs and repair records
- Follow safety procedures and support a clean work environment
- Work with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
