In this role, you will ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our industrial textile processing machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, with a strong preference given to those with electrical experience. If you are a proactive problem solver looking for a stable, growth-oriented career with a regional leader, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execute daily work orders, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasksTroubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment and control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems across all production and supporting departments.Monitor and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems.Record daily utility usage, track operating productivity, and maintain accurate equipment service logs.Comply with all company safety standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment and protect company assets.Demonstrate a self-motivated, proactive approach to independently completing all assigned tasks.Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.Ability to work comfortably in a physically demanding, fast-paced production environment.Previous maintenance experience within a high-volume manufacturing or production facility is highly desired. Requirements:3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial machinery and facility systems maintenance.Minimum 2 years of professional electrical experience, including the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and fixtures.Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and working from complex electrical schematics, blueprints, technical sketches, and maintenance manuals printed in English.Functional knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic and basic PLC programming.Basic proficiency in plumbing and pipefitting.Skilled in using standard hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic meters on industrial machinery.2 years of professional experience (Required)2 years of industrial or commercial experience (Required)1 year of logic or basic programming experience (Preferred)Benefits:Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans401(k) retirement savings planPaid time offLife insurance and short-term disability optionsTraining and development
