Schedule: 12 hours per day on a 2-2-3 schedule
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery (conveyors, robots, furnaces, presses, and handling systems).
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and adjustments.
Use a CMMS system to document work orders and maintenance activities.
Follow OSHA safety standards, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve reliability and performance.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas aligned with 5S practices.
Support NSG’s ISO14001 environmental compliance programs.
Required Qualifications
Technical degree OR 3–5 years of industrial maintenance technician experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude: gears, motors, drives, bearings, power transmission.
