Job duties:
  • Maintain a detailed log of work and follow up on work orders
  • Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical systems by completing maintenance
  • Problem solving by observing the mechanical device and fix in a timely manner
  • Read diagrams, sketches, operation/manufacturers manuals, and troubleshoot
  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies in inventory
  • Preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor belts, blenders, and dryers
Requirements:
  • Be able to lift up to 60lbs
  • 2 years of knowledge of power and hand tools preferred
  • 2 years of mechanical or maintenance knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pneumatics
  • Be able to work around allergens: wheat, egg, milk, and mustard
