Industrial Maintenance Technician
Up to $28.70/hr • Raises Every 90 Days • Overtime Available
Location: Madison Heights, MI (14 Mile & Stephens)
Pay: $20.00–$28.70 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
- 12 hour shifts on nights. Lots of OT.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and help minimize downtime
- Repair and maintain industrial machinery used in steel processing operations
- Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
- Complete maintenance records and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications
Required
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanic, or related experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Preferred
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Forklift or diesel repair experience
- Hydraulic or industrial electrical experience
- Experience working in manufacturing or steel processing environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform hands-on maintenance work throughout the shift
