    We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team expanding to keep up with growing production demand. This role offers the chance to work hands-on with CNC machinery, brake presses, and industrial power systems while contributing to equipment reliability across a small, collaborative maintenance team.

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers a structured four-day work week.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Schedule: 4x10, Monday–Thursday (day shift)
    • Working hours: 5:00 AM start to 3:30 PM finish
    • Overtime: Casual OT approximately 2 Fridays per month

    As the Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include

    • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, brake presses, and 3-phase industrial equipment
    • Diagnose and correct issues in 24V control and safety circuit systems
    • Remove and replace bearings, electric motors, and hydraulic components
    • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
    • Support laser cutting systems (CO2 and fiber) and powder coat/oven systems
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

    As the Maintenance Technician, you will bring

    • 2+ years ofindustrialmaintenance experience (residential/facilities maintenance backgrounds not applicable)
    • Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and safety protocols
    • Comfort working with CMMS software (Upkeep or similar)
    • High school diploma or GED
