Industrial Maintenance Technician – PLC Programming Experience Required

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with PLC programming experience for a growing manufacturing facility in the Cleveland area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex equipment issues and has the ability to go beyond basic PLC troubleshooting. We're looking for someone who can modify, update, and create Allen-Bradley PLC programs while supporting automated production equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment
• Program and modify Allen-Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000
• Support PanelView HMI programming and troubleshooting
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Work with VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems
• Partner with engineering to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

What We're Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience (not just troubleshooting)
• Experience with RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000
• PanelView HMI knowledge
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic
