Our industry-leading manufacturing team in Quitman, GA is adding an experienced Industrial Maintenance professional who knows how to keep automated equipment running safely and efficiently. Picture this: a line slows, a conveyor pauses, a sensor misfires—you step in, trace the fault through an Allen‑Bradley PLC, check a VFD parameter, inspect a pneumatic actuator, verify a hydraulic circuit, or swap a worn bearing—and production is back on track.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment using strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Diagnose and correct faults involving PLCs (Allen‑Bradley), VFDs, conveyors, sensors, pumps, and motors.
- Work confidently on 120/208/240/480V systems, using electrical schematics to trace circuits and isolate issues.
- Maintain and service pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including component replacement and leak detection.
- Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
What you bring
- Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs (Allen‑Bradley preferred).
- Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and bearings.
- Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting ability up to 480V.
- Strength in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and repair/maintenance.
- Comfort reading electrical schematics and working around industrial electrical systems.
Schedule, pay, and path
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Pay: $30–$34/hr with weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd and 3rd shifts with OT available
- 2nd shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am
