    Description

    We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join the Helion team in Palmyra, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment in a production environment. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a go-getter attitude, and the willingness to learn.

    What You'll Do

    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a high-volume production environment
    • Wire and troubleshoot 3-phase motors and use a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues
    • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
    • Troubleshoot motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and other mechanical components
    • Diagnose equipment issues and respond effectively to production breakdowns
    • Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Learn and apply corrugated-specific equipment, processes, and maintenance practices
    • Work closely with production and maintenance team members to minimize equipment downtime

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
    • Ability to wire a 3-phase motor and confidently use a meter to troubleshoot electrical issues
    • Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
    • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose equipment issues
    • Positive attitude, strong effort, and a "go-getter" mindset
    • Willingness to learn corrugated-specific equipment and maintenance practices
    • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
    • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
