Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical plant equipment to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
• Perform welding repairs and fabrication as needed to support ongoing maintenance projects.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders to guide repairs and maintenance activities.
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including protocols for working at elevated heights and in confined spaces.

Experience Requirements

• One to five years of maintenance experience preferred; candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Electrical maintenance experience required; welding experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with maintenance experience and/or technical training preferred.
• Basic math skills, and strong reading and comprehension skills, required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills helpful.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and in enclosed or confined spaces.
• Manual dexterity and mobility to safely perform mechanical, electrical, and welding-related maintenance tasks throughout the plant.

As a Industrial Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
