Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment. This position will focus on electrical and mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. Diagnose issues with conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment. Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls. Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Complete and document work orders and preventive maintenance activities. Assist with equipment installation and continuous improvement projects. Follow all OSHA, lockout/tagout, and company safety procedures. Qualifications: Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with 480V three-phase systems and PLC troubleshooting preferred. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment. Robotics experience, including FANUC, KUKA, or ABB, is a plus. Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
