Industrial Maintenance Technician

Like troubleshooting machines more than sitting behind a desk? We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep an automated manufacturing operation running smoothly. This role has a strong electrical and controls focus, with opportunities to work on robotics and advanced sheet-metal fabrication equipment.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-system issues on production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled machinery, robots, sensors, and related automation
- Maintain and repair fabrication equipment and supporting systems
- Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation
- Support equipment reliability through repairs, adjustments, and continuous improvement
- Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and PLC knowledge
- Experience maintaining automated machinery, robots, or CNC/fabrication equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control systems
- Mechanical aptitude and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Welding, fabrication, machining, or hydraulics experience is a plus
- Technical training or relevant certifications are welcome, but hands-on experience is key
The ideal candidate is an electrical-minded troubleshooter who enjoys figuring out why equipment isn't running and getting it back into production.
