Own the Uptime
Step into a role where your mechanical know-how keeps production moving. You will install, troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, modify, repair, and rebuild plant and facility equipment. Your day blends proactive care with rapid response: performing preventive maintenance to stop failures before they start, then moving fast to minimize downtime whenever issues arise.
What Your Day Looks Like
You begin with inspections — cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery for optimal performance. When production calls for a changeover or machine setup, you partner with the team to make it happen. If a breakdown occurs, you dismantle the problem area, replace or install components, and restore operation. You navigate mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with confidence while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and following established safety procedures.
