Industrial Maintenance Technician

Must be hard working, detail oriented, and drug free. 

Wage and Benefits

• Starting labor rate of $28.95/hr.
• $1.50 Shift Differential for 2^nd and 3^rd Shift
• $300 sign-on bonus after three months

Schedule determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.

Key Accountabilities

• Adheres to all food safety and personal safety requirements.   
• Maintains food processing, building and facility equipment through field commonly accepted techniques.  
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures, identify root causes, and perform or assist with repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Conducts Preventative Maintenance on all assigned equipment.  
• Reports actual and potential food and personal safety problems/concerns to management immediately.  
• Responds to routine and emergency calls for repair and service in a timely, efficient manner.  

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 75lbs, unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Safely use various manual, power, and diagnostic tools common to industrial maintenance.
• Handle commonly used chemicals in accordance with SOPs and SDS
