    Description

    Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Maintenance Technicians are among the hardest manufacturing positions to fill due to increasing automation and equipment complexity. Employers frequently report shortages of qualified candidates.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    • Repair production machinery to minimize downtime.

    • Support equipment installations and upgrades.

    • Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    • Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred.

    • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.

    • Knowledge of conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems.
